Quick checklist: open the objective list; turn on Objective Hints; activate highlight effects; match the remaining category to the correct tool; inspect walls, fences, thin edges, plants, corners, and concealed trash; then recheck the objective.
Final-objective recovery route
- Read the incomplete objective. Separate washing, vegetation, and trash so you stop using the wrong tool.
- Turn on Objective Hints. The August 19 patch added a show/hide setting. Use it to narrow the search area.
- Use highlight effects. Move slowly and change viewing angle; do not rely on a single glance.
- Check vertical and narrow surfaces. Walk both sides of walls and fences, then inspect trim, posts, undersides, and corners.
- Clear plants before searching for trash. Litter can be concealed by tall grass or dense bushes until vegetation is cut.
- Make a perimeter pass. Follow the outer edge in one direction, then sweep inward in strips.
- Reload only after a complete pass. If the objective still does not move, save if available, return to the menu, and reopen the job before reporting a current issue.
What to inspect by objective type
| Remaining category | Likely overlooked area | Best next action |
|---|---|---|
| Dirt or stain | Walls, fences, steps, trim, object backs | Use the pressure washer with highlights and a slow angled pass |
| Grass or weeds | Edges, planters, behind objects, isolated clumps | Use the mower/Freischneider and trace every border |
| Trash | Under cut plants, beside walls, behind props, in corners | Use the vacuum after vegetation is cleared |
| Unknown final item | Small surfaces or an unchecked objective row | Toggle Objective Hints and review the full objective list |
About the old 100% rounding issue
OFFICIAL: the developer said on August 19 that a wrong percentage caused by rounding on some surfaces was fixed. The same patch improved highlights and fixed the direction of some Zoo Enclosure hints. Treat these as patch history, not proof that a present-day 99% run is caused by those old defects.
