What it requires
OFFICIAL (Steam): "Collect 28 Stars."
Where it sits
Second star milestone. The third, Star Collector, requires all the stars and its tracker also caps at 28 — so this achievement is the last numerical rung before the cap. Start unverified: the star-totals question explains why 28 is treated as the verified ceiling.
Halfway through
If you have 14, keep jobs spread across maps: Rising Star's hub note describes how the figure accumulates. Since 28 is the shown cap, this rung essentially completes the star bar.
Missable?
Unknown (hub table convention). Replayable levels make this a matter of persistence rather than admission control.
Where to go next
Star totals, Star Collector, Castle Garden (post-launch map).
