Fully Equipped unlocks when you upgrade your tools a total of 10 times. Upgrades across all three tools count toward the total.

- Upgrade whichever tool you use most.
- Mix between Mower, Pressure Washer and Vacuum to reach 10.
- It is an earlier milestone on the way to Master of the Trade.
